Bio

Shawn Yeager is an accomplished and entrepreneurial business development professional with over 15 years of experience increasing the profitability and viability of software, services and IT consulting companies. Prior to founding his consulting practice, he was Director of Business Development for Varicent Software. At Varicent, Shawn spearheaded global technology alliance and systems integrator partnerships and implemented technology and product development strategies for third-party platforms, products and standards. Previously, he held leadership roles in strategic alliances, business development and channel sales for technology product and services companies including Microsoft Corporation, Exodus Communications, Avanade and Platform Computing. Shawn is a skilled and innovative technology expert with the ability to rapidly understand and translate emerging technologies into differentiated business value and competitive business models.
